Challenge Description
Program the robot so that each movement is controlled when the Touch LED is tapped.
Requirements:

- Tap the Touch LED to raise the arm
- Tap the Touch LED to drive forward
- Tap the Touch LED to stop driving
- Tap the Touch LED to lower the arm
- Each behavior should be enabled by a tap of the Touch LED
- Each behavior should be represented by a different color of the Touch LED
